Frequently Asked Questions

Why is my vehicle showing offline?

A vehicle shows as offline when we haven't received location data for more than 30 minutes. This usually happens when the GPS device loses power, cellular signal, or is in an area with poor coverage.

How often does location data update?

Location data updates every 30 seconds when the vehicle is moving, and every 5 minutes when stationary. Updates may be less frequent in areas with poor cellular coverage.

Can I track vehicles without GPS hardware?

Yes! You can use our mobile app for basic tracking. However, dedicated GPS hardware provides more reliable tracking, engine diagnostics, and tamper alerts.

What should I do if alerts aren't working?

Check your alert settings in the dashboard, verify your notification preferences, and ensure your contact information is up to date. Also check your email spam folder for alert notifications.
